What format is the file in? i.e. text file? pdf? excel, etc.

I found a pretty good solution for this problem, this issue it’s a bit about large files, so I tried to separate the file into 4 medium files then uploaded it to the assistant, and fixed it.
so tried to separate your large file into smaller files and upload multiple files into your assistant.
