Export data of chatGPT as a customGPT

Hey guys,
Has anyone tried downloading your conversations with chatGPT as a JSON file and tried uploading it into your note taking tool such as notion / roam / obsidian ?

Am trying to create a customGPT with my previous conversations with chatGPT and this JSON fiel is too big.
So tried splitting it into smaller 10 MB chunks.
But with the script the format goes for a toass and the customGPT isnt working as expected.

Has anyone tried this usecase?

Trying to figure out a way to push selected ChatGPT prompts and responses to a Notion database. I do not need entire conversations saved, simply certain prompts and responses. I am not experienced in working with APIs but am learning and would like to build this as a Chrome extension or even something to run locally.

and yes it has no replies. However others do have similar ideas which are at least worth checking upon.
