As a regular user, I’ve found the current support system difficult to navigate. Here are some points of frustration and possible enhancements:

- Live Chat Support: Offering a live chat feature with real team members rather than automated articles.
- Issue Tracking: Implementing a ticketing system where users can follow up on the status of their requests.
- Dedicated Suggestions Channel: A clear and direct platform for submitting ideas to improve ChatGPT.
These changes would demonstrate a commitment to user feedback and ensure that issues and suggestions are handled promptly and transparently.
