first, look at the open positions. if there are no internship positions, you’ll have to wait for one to open.
remember, it is very competitive, you’ll be competing with exceptional talent.
study the roles you are interested in and look into what they are asking for. it might help to look into the past experiences of past and current employees so you start to understand the patterns, for example, what schools did employees go to, where did they work before, what projects were they involved in and perhaps you can view them as role models.
remember, most people in the world will never be able to achieve such achievement, so it ok to not be the right fit. regardless, keep dreaming and grinding, I hope you get there some day!
