I do use the Codex with the VSCode extension on Windows. As such if you are using Mac it may not be an apples to apples problem. Can you share the steps and some screen shots of what to look for and I will try it.

Could anyone that sees this and uses VS Code just chime in with whether you can see the inline diff in the chat panel or also cannot?
