ChatGPT Mac app v. 1.2024.346 on Sequoia 15.2
I’m trying the demo from the OpenAI day 11 video
Almost exactly the same set up as in the video, I have a Note I created about Marcus Aurelius with some biographical notes.
I have the ChatGPT app window on top of it and it shows “Working with Notes”.
I highlight some lines on my note, it does NOT show the “focused on these lines” as in the demo.
(I got the “focused” to show up, but only once, most times it fails)
When I type to ChatGPT something like “help me fill out the biographical details of Marcus Aurelius” it simply does nothing. Blank.
But it creates a chat on the left pane with the output. This is kind of weird, but ok, at least it works.
Then, I tried again with some Latin and Greek quotes, and tried querying ChatGPT, but it won’t “see” the quotes. I tried restarting the app, re-highlighting the lines, re-querying, but it won’t work. Very buggy.
