I was wondering if I hit rate limit for dalle3, could I as a fallback, if rate limit is hit call dalle2 endpoint, or is there an overall image rate limit on both?

Okay I checked, DALL-E 2 and DALL-E 3 do not share a rate limit so you should be able to fall back to DALL-E 2 when your rate limit is hit for 3.
