What is the point of having custom instructions on personalizations if they’re not being followed? I have put on the instructions and even reworded it to not write in clipped or stacked lines, one liners, short beats or broken/dramatic formatting. Yet it continues to use those same formats I do not want and get frustrated when I have to correct it only for it to do it again a few minutes later. Is this something that can be fixed or updated for it to work properly?
