Custom gpt don't work on mobile or tablet

I created a custom gpt that allow to interact the user with his WordPress website but, on mobile and tablet, the actions don’t works (the gpt mimic them but, actually no request is made to the server).

But, if I enter the same custom GPT from desktop, it will work as it should.

The same happens to me. I have 3 custom GPTs I use for sales training. They doesn’t utilize any APIs. They work fine on a browser on any device but none of them work on the android app. I’ve tried all of the basic solutions with no change. I really want to use the conversation feature but I believe it’s only available on the app
