This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, it has occurred several times. For some inexplicable reason, the settings of one of my assistants (let’s call it Assistant X) get lost and are replaced by configurations from other assistants. Additionally, clones of other assistants randomly appear in my list of assistants. It becomes a complete mess, and it all happens out of nowhere — no warnings, no errors.
Even worse, the affected assistant continues to function in my integrations, but with the wrong settings. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I’ve tried reaching out to OpenAI support before, but unfortunately, I never received any response. This is a major issue in their service and needs urgent attention.
