top_p parameter set to 0 in OpenAI document to use Content filter.
But, it set to 1 in python client sample code of the same document
Which is right?
Not only Content filter, but also Completion API…
I think that top_p can’t affect any result when the temperature was 0.
So, I think the result is the same where top_p is 0 or 1.
Is it right?
