Has someone put together a Colab Notebook for fine tuning and okay sharing with the community?

Yup:-) A bit more advanced example.

We’re in the process of putting together a Jupyter notebook which shows a step by step guide to fine-tune a classification use case. Hopefully we will have it ready to share soon!
