I just started messing with something for the sake of learning.
I had gpt (4o model) create me an html where it uses an API to talk to me.
I gave it a list of ID numbers and names associated with it. It would ask me my ID number then refer to me by name.
I wanted it to add authentication before accessing the chatbox…
Once I asked gpt 4o to create that addition for me, it refuses to finish the coding. Just stops generating little after the API is entered in the code. I can’t figue out why. Is it a server end? chatgpt is getting confused and shutting down the generation? what is it???
If I remove the authentication portion, it completes it…
any ideas what’s going on here?
