Formatting is straight up broken. Its not adding spaces to class names or methods in c#. It acknowledges where it is messing up, says it outputting a fix and then just repeats the same issue. Multiple lines are getting merged together too

Yep Same here. Its seems unable to provide the correct code, even when it states how exactly it would change the code.
Edit: after 5 mins or so its looks like its fine now, and the old provided code is now fixed
if anyone sees this, i asked gpt to place the code in a file (gpt4o) and the code is fine
