Hello,

I am a ChatGPT Pro subscriber and was under the impression that with this plan, I would have access to advanced features such as reinforcement learning (RL) and the ability to fine-tune the model on my own datasets. However, I have encountered several issues that make me question the usability and transparency of these features:

  1. Reinforcement Learning:

Despite initial indications, I cannot find any accessible option to utilize reinforcement learning with my Pro subscription. Could you clarify why this feature is not available and whether there are plans to enable it?

  1. Fine-Tuning:

I understand that fine-tuning requires additional credits. However, this was not clearly communicated upfront. As a Pro subscriber paying $200/month, I expected that the subscription would cover at least basic fine-tuning capabilities or provide better access without requiring additional payments.

Could you please explain why these features are either unavailable or require extra charges? As a paying Pro subscriber, I believe this lack of transparency undermines the value of the plan.

I look forward to your clarification and suggestions on how I can fully utilize the capabilities I subscribed for.
