Hello, its been a few time when talking to ChatGPT that it adds “captions generated by X” instead of what I tell it. Here is a screenshot from today, but it happened like 4-5 times. I wonder if its a LLM charged with transcribing the conversation that is hallucinating?
Has anyone had this happen to them?
