Yeah, those captchas very challenging to solve seems like.
But their official answer is this: OpenAI implements captchas in ChatGPT to help minimize bot activity and spam which verify you are a human by presenting game-like puzzles.
You may notice this when using ChatGPT on web, iOS, and Android.
