ChatGPT Plus Subscription Activation Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my ChatGPT Plus subscription. I made a payment of $19.99 on July 31, 2024, but my account is still not showing as a Plus account.

Here are the details:

  • Payment Date: July 31, 2024
  • Amount: $19.99
  • Issue: Subscription not activated

I have already tried logging out and back in, clearing my browser cache, and checking for email confirmations, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this, or can someone from OpenAI help?

It is possible that you have used a different account/email when setting up the subscription?

If this does not apply and the money for subscription has indeed been deducted from your bank account, then your best option is to contact the Support Team directly via the chat widget on https://help.openai.com/en/.

I hope it gets resolved.

Hi - i am having the same issue.
I have paid subscription for 5 months in a row, but seem not to be able to access the paid ‘GPT plus’ module.
Also, it is impossible to message the help team, i cant find the functionality anywhere.
what is going on please?

I hope you were able to resolve this, sometimes the side sever can take up to 1hr before you can see that its shows plus, i seen it works within 1 minute to 1hr.

Hi I have the same issue. Has anyone been able to resolve it? I paid 3 days ago, I got a confirmation email and the money has been taken from my account. I am using the same gmail account I always have, not sure what has gone wrong

These systems are user hostile. I suggest no-one signs up via Paddle. OpenAI are responsible for paoertnerinbg with incompetent and fraudulent organisations that act under the guise of OpenAI.

same problem, i dont understand how both aiprm and stripe do not have any information on the payment that was deducted from my credit card
