ChatGPT Plus refuses to read files

Hi, for some reason, my paid ChatGPT Plus tells me that it can’t read files but could like 10 hours before. Could you please help to solve this issue?

I got something similar. It started one hour a go.
… tried different phones and the web version. All give the same errors
Also a plus subscriber

I usually only get this error when I have very long chat sessions, but it is now also occurring in new chat sessions.

I’m a ChatGPT Pro user, I have the same problem in Chrome and windows app, but it works well in iOS app.
Type “summarize your tool in a markdown table with availability.” to run a fast check. On Windows it responds like this, but the iOS app is fully functional.
