Unable to use ChatGPT receiving message “the server is having problems- try again later”
I tried to offload app tried restarting app and still same message.
Hey @Patty23! Yeah, that was a real issue on OpenAi's side. The status.openai.com page shows there was an incident on April 20 affecting users who were unable to load ChatGPT, and it’s now marked as fully recovered.
Could you try again now? If it’s still giving you trouble, a quick refresh or app restart is worth another shot, but the incident itself has already been resolved on the status page.
