Hello everyone,
I have a few chats created inside different Projects on the updated macOS app, but when I try to access them on the Web or iOS app, they don’t appear.
I’ve already tried logging out and logging back in on all devices, but the issue persists.
Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

Thanks for flagging this, @Alex887. This one’s definitely confusing.
Check whether those chats were created in ChatGPT (Chat or Work) or Codex. Cloud Work chats should sync across desktop, web, and mobile, but Codex keeps separate history and isn’t available in the normal web or mobile Projects view. Supported Codex chats may appear under Remote in the mobile app.

If these were regular Chat or Work conversations under the same account and workspace, the missing sync sounds unexpected and is worth reporting through Help. Let us know which mode they were created in.
