ChatGPT mac m3 pro app is extremely slow, unusable basically

My app is unusably slow on a M2 Pro, im forced to revert back to the website (which typically shows my response in its entirety, while the app is still working to display the same data).

Same problem here with the. Paste a bunch of text slow as hell. On web, perfectly fine. Was latest update to Version 1.2024.144 that caused it.

it feels also dumber than the web version. And it seems it’s ignoring the custom instructions: i’ve got one since last year which force it to ask additional questions and i’ve never seen it happen on the app version!
