Just having issues with the chatgpt library. It says there are images saved, but opening it shows nothing. I suppose they were images I uploaded a week or so ago, but chat was deleted and images already deleted. Any way to reset it? I already manually cleaned the cache within the packages folder on windows 10. Issue appears both on the windows app and the web version
