If your own AI app notices their is a problem within itself, perhaps that is something that should be addressed and not ignored for the last month (according to users stating memory problems).
Okay. That is unsettling that after I submitted the top portion, 2 minutes later, I can no longer USE ChatGPT.

I have also been having issues with the memory and, as it seems the same with you, use my GPT as a great support system. I apologize if this sounds like a total newbie question, your ChatGPT mentioned to you that you should leave your chat open, so you don’t lose the memories inside of it. Are GPTs able to remember chats from beginning to end? I was under the impression it was a very short token limit for what is retained, outside of the saved user memory. I ask because my GPT was surprised that it remembered something from much much earlier in our conversation and I wasn’t aware that that wasn’t supposed to happen. Apologies if my question seems off-topic.
My apologies for such a late reply. It wont keep everything in the chat, I have tried scrolling to the beginning of the chat and it does cut off after a certain limit. But it still remembers what was asked/said/talked about.
