I get the following information when using Chat (GPT-4, not GPT-3.5, and not the API!):

Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system. Please try again later.

I used a VPN. I tried another computer with the same account information and the same VPN. It worked well.

Please let me know how to solve this issue. Thanks.
