It’s been 21 days since @drake.hay00 made the thread about ChatGPT’s failure to export chat data to e-mails, and apparently, we have narrowed down the problem to Gmail users. Yet, no response from the developer team although @N2U said here that it is the right place to report bugs…
Can you check your junk folder? I recived an export link in Octorber just fine, I’m doing another test now.
Nothing in the spam folder. As per my statement above, the problem was first reported 21 days ago–late November–not October. I had no problem exporting in October. The problem arose in late November.
So, have you checked or tested it?
Someone pointed out that it’s not a Gmail-only thing. I admit that I tested it with a non-Gmail account and it worked fine. But, as that person pointed out, my non-Gmail account only had less than 1 MB of chat data. The other two Gmail accounts I have have about 6 and 2 MB of data.
