Hello, please update the pinned tasks to work inside projects, instead of a global list only. When we go to schedule “inside the same conversation,” we can only select pinned tasks. This creates a bad UI/UX issue where our UI is bogged down by pinned tasks.

Instead, allow pinned tasks to go inside their corresponding projects, or global favorites, and then allow scheduled tasks “inside the same conversation” from those as well.

Either that, or allow us to select any conversation inside a project to repeat scheduled tasks or implement both features (better option). Thanks.

Thanks for laying this out clearly, @Charles_Sears. The current global pinned-task list can get cluttered, especially when scheduling within the same conversation.

I’m sending this to the team for logging: organize pinned tasks by project or global favorites, and allow scheduled tasks to repeat from any conversation inside a project. Supporting both would give people much more flexibility.
