Not yet - similar outage (at least presentation-wise) happened June 4th. That one took about 3 hours to resolve and was due to high traffic.

what a bunch of “kak” (afrikaans). the general “status indicator” site does not in any way reflect what people are experiencing.

Downdetector has received about 8000 reports on ChatGPT in the last 2.5 ish hours, definitely NOT just you. Welcome to the party.

Their status page says “Elevated error rates” - which is definitely putting it lightly lol! Hopefully that means they’re more focused on fixing it than making status updates…

So thankful I found this forum! Same thing is happening for me, although I’ve only tried on the phone app and browser, not a desktop

This is not fixed by any means. The app and the portal are both not responding for me. I’ve tried multiple networks. Multiple devices, appears to be an openai server issue.

Same here. Need help. I’m getting a mini writers-block and usually I can turn to chatgpt for help but it’s down right now and idk how to fix it

This reminds me of the adage: “You never know what you have until you lose it”. ChatGPT has become too vital in my life, hopefully it responds soon.

I needed ChatGPT for a live demo, is there a way to claim a refund for the problems arised for this ? It has been down for many hours for me and I am paying the premium suscription so please, would appreciate a way to address the inconveniences of this paid service!
