It seems similar to the outage from June 4th - that one took about 3 hours to resolve. The OpenAI status page idan linked shows steps for hard refreshing ChatGPT on the June 4th post. Might be worth attempting those steps if anyone’s still experiencing issues once the incident is resolved.

The post-mortem from the previous outage says a traffic surge caused that one. They had to increase timeouts and the wait time between retry attempts for connection failures.

Yes same for me here in Canada, browser (Brave) not working for anything. Not loading conversations and unresponsive

Looks pretty serious, on “downdetector com” thousands of peoples have reported problems with ChatGPT within a last hour

maybe LLMs isn’t the all-and-everything it was promised to be.

I’m having the same issue, it’s 4: 15pm Eastern standard Time and I’ve been having this issue for at least a couple hours now. It is not resolved.

Doesn’t matter which model I use, I enter a prompt and it seems to receive the prompt, but then it doesn’t reply anything at all.
