I also have the same problem (plus account) . Solutions that did not work:
- Refresh page
- Clear cache
- Incognito mode
- edge, chrome, safari

as indicated by @Skkias it is already being addressed by OpenAI.
So hopefully everything will be back to normal shortly.

ChatGPT just went down. I’m in the San Jose area. I’m getting a “Bad gateway error” with a “reference # 502” and also a “503 service temporarily unavailable.”
Either just a traffic thing or maybe something to do with the new model updates that just went online this week? I’ll just go have a glass of Strawberry Quik and let it resolve itself.
