Anyone has used OpenAI and Azures ChatGPT services? How do they compare with stability and latency? Do the 2 companies have separate infrastructure or is OpenAI kind of integrated into MS’s?

It looks like you have to be part of an organization to get access based on the required questions the application asks. Was that the case for you?
Thank you for your answer. But its 2 months since my post. L-) I have done the whole path… and I am done with openAI and ChatGPT. If you need to make a wrapper and your provider is unreliable your product suffers. I now host my own open source models on own infrastructure.
