When I type in 1+1 (or any other prompt) into ChatGPT 4o, I encounter the following error:
“There was an error generating a response”
The result is the same even if I refresh my browser screen or go from laptop to iPhone.
All systems are operational according to the dashboard: https://status.openai.com
Has anybody else been encountering this issue currently (10/02/2024 4:46 PM ET)?

I was not using a VPN earlier but I tried using a VPN to see if I would be assigned to a different ChatGPT server but the results were the same: “Error in message stream.”
During day to day use, I do not use a VPN while using ChatGPT.
