Before the updates I could create 30-45 canvas.
100k words and more in each chat session. Though avg 97k.
Now I can barely create to 11 canvas (200-700 words) or in chat total 30k without it throttling.
I was under the impression we got *up to 128k tokens.
Not very conducive for productivity especially when requiring voice consistency across threads.
Yes i have tried several platforms, cleared cache etc.
Plus user.

  • In-line comments
  • Smoother canvas editing
  • Voice consistency

Newer threads

  • intentional funnelling
  • throttled much much earlier
  • Inconsistency across chat sessions
  • huge reduction in word count/tokens

Does canvas count towards the total conversation lengt one can have in one chat? Or is it extra? Like an addition to the normal context lengt in the chat?.

When I have checked the word count(for tokens), I tend to copy and paste whole chat sessions into word. It includes canvas as well. I have compared word counts to last year. And it has decreased, significantly. I estimate around 1.3 - 1.5 tokens per word, due to the emotional complexity of what I am doing in some sessions. But even then it’s nothing compared to last year.
128k tokens- not anymore.
