i have provided raw data, just need to extract information accurately from that, but it failed

The current GPT-4o seems to generate incorrect information frequently (I refer to this as mal-generation instead of hallucination to avoid anthropomorphizing the generation of misinformation)

While it uses a rich vocabulary, it often loses the relationships between sentences, so I currently cannot recommend it for retrieval purposes such as RAG.

Hi! I’ m able to confirm that one year later and getting worse. Inaccurate and irrelevant - even after proms. Lot of prompts and guidance. I’ve canceled my subscription.
