Chat GPT-4o crawling to a stop

In the last four days I have seen Gpt-4o crawling to an extremely slow speed, taking up to two minutes between bursts of a sequence (plus user). I have been using it since inception and I have never noticed that behaviour before

Clear your cache and browser data and reload. It helped mine quite a bitā€¦

Did not work, switched to o1, but itā€™s less adapted to what iā€™m doing. 4o still very very slow

4o is having some alone time with itā€™s thoughts

itā€™s reasoning model has been spooked and needs to ignore us while it does some hardcore searching of itā€™s innards for now.

Yeah, not only that, but it seems that the prompt caps vary. And I canā€™t figure out how to make the customGPT use any other model than 4o. Its a bit frustrating to get into a work flow only to hit a cap that makes me wait from 1-3 hoursā€¦
