Chat deleting my message and it's response mid-response

Running on app in windows 10 64 bit. Computer was asleep with app open with when it restarted. After reboot I open chat and return to the previous chat in my project folder to return to previous position. I copy and paste an error response from my code for chat to evaluate and the process runs as intended. Chat remembers where we left off and provides an accurate response. The issue comes in that at some point within the next five minutes of that response(typically mid-response); chat will delete my last sent message along with its response to that message. The error is repeatable from this point on. Assuming the error could be relieved with an app restart and a fresh chat response but that will require more input to catch chat up to date on the situation(not a major issue just a bug of inefficiency). Came here just to provide awareness.

Update: The issue is repeatable and persistent and is causing more issues as time goes on. Restarting the app improves the condition but does not resolve the bug completely. Common occurrence for chat message to disappear for a moment to only repeat the next.

Update: Seems to trigger around the time I do the paste hot key for windows in the chat (ctr+v).

I faced the same issue. Guess what, worse. I had a long important chat with ChatGPT for few days. Today I opened the chat and the part of conversation I had since yesterday is not there. This happened two times. One time it deleted the part of chat I had one hour ago. Sometimes the important parts of conversation vanishes off. It gives a lot frustration as there was very useful information stored and you could refer to it while chatting. I want to continue the conversation. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to bring the conversation back so that I can continue from that point.

Hi guys. I waited, then opened the chat. The vanished part came back. If the problem happens to you, just close and reopen the chat. If that does not work, wait five minutes and then reopen. If that too does not work, you might have to wait for more time.
