Can’t Scroll in latest Firefox browser with either up and down arrows on keyboard or with mouse cursor. Too difficult to scroll in latest Chrome browser, as up and down arrows on the keyboard don’t work, but can scroll up and down with mouse cursor, even though a vertical scroll bar doesn’t appear next to where I’m clicking. The most outer scroll bar to the very right side of the screen appears, but that one isn’t for the scrolling of the inner ChatGPT chat.

I’m facing the same issue and it’s not the first time. They told me they can’t refund or do anything about it which is tantamount to cheating customers if I’m being honest. They must know there’s a bug but do nothing about it, leaving customers unable to complete tasks since we can’t read the output. I won’t be paying for Pro ever again. They can keep it. I will be using a service that respects their customers,
