i am stuck here i have inserted yubikey which was registered in another machine, i canot login to chatgpt in my office pc now
I solved the issue using the yubikey enabler app. then it’s pretty straightforward. you go to chatgpt and it asks for your key. it’s because yubico is not allowed by default as authentictor app on android. you have to enable it.
Hi @n.sademba If you’re still having trouble signing in, please give these steps a try:
- Open a private/incognito window or try another updated browser.
- Check whether the same YubiKey works for your ChatGPT account on the computer where you registered it.
- If available, select Try another method and choose another sign-in method you’ve already configured. See OpenAI’s passkey guidance.
If these steps don’t help, please contact support@openai.com so we can take a closer look.
