Can GPT-4-1106-preview read into user given URLs via OpenAI Api calls?

I tried asking Both ChatGPT and Playground with “GPT-4-1106-preview”. They both say that they’re not aware of any browsing features existing in any GTP versions. But their Knowledge will be outdated by early 2023.

Tried searching for an answer, but I couldn’t find any on either Google or YouTube

Anyone? :slight_smile:

Hello, web browsing is only currently available at chat.openai.com. It is not currently available to use with the API.
