Can artificial intelligence have a mind like a human?

But will AI ever be able to have a mind comparable to a human?
This question goes beyond a purely technical discussion and concerns philosophy of mind, cognitive science, neuroscience, and even ethics. To understand, let’s look at a few key aspects.
What do we mean by intelligence?
Before we talk about whether AI can gain intelligence, we need to determine what we mean by this in general. The mind (or intelligence in a broad sense) includes several components:

AI already writes music, draws paintings, and even generates scripts for movies. But is this really creativity? A person creates new things based on experience, emotions, and cultural traditions. AI also acts according to patterns, combining existing information. Perhaps he can become a co-author in the creative process, but so far he lacks a deep understanding of the meaning and context.
The future: Is “intelligent” AI possible?
There are several scenarios in which AI could approach human intelligence.:

If it is possible to fully simulate the structure and functions of the brain on a computer, such an AI may have a mind. However, even the most advanced models (for example, simulations of neural networks of the brain) are still too primitive compared to the real brain. -
