caas.internal.errors.ClientError affecting Python/container execution

Environment: ChatGPT Plus, Web, Windows 11, Chrome.

Issue: Python/container execution repeatedly fails with:

ClientError
Encountered exception: <class 'caas.internal.errors.ClientError'>

The failure also occurs with trivial commands that do not access user files, so it does not appear to depend on a specific uploaded file.

Expected: Python/container should execute normally.

Actual: Execution fails immediately with ClientError.
