Has anyone experienced browser controls suddenly becoming unavailable in the ChatGPT desktop app on macOS? I was working on a project with a Work/Codex session.
Everything was working a few hours ago. I then used Respondus LockDown Browser for an assignment. When I returned to ChatGPT afterward, it could no longer control or inspect the open browser page, despite all permissions being enabled.
I don’t know whether Respondus is related—it’s just when I noticed the issue started.
Has anyone run into this or found a fix? Are there specific macOS permissions or settings I should check to restore browser controls?
