Batch processing not finding external URLs

I setup a small batch, and passed 5 URLs with a prompt to read the URL and see if it contained certain information. 4 of the URLs were read properly examined and returned correct results. The 4th URL in the set of 5 returned

All URLs are publicly accessible. Is this going to be a regular issue?

I think you simply got an AI to hallucinate.

API AI model have no method to access the internet provided by OpenAI. AI language tokens go in, AI language comes out.

It now takes a relatively high bar of tomfoolery to get the AI to provide an illusion of reading a web page:
