After 5-6 minutes of successful polling, i consistently run into this issue here. Currently handicapping my ability to use the responses api.
Basically using gpt-5 with code interpreter to do some OCR stuff.
Not sure what to do here. Any help would be great.

I should note that these responses cause issues when trying to be viewed in the logs as well. I get a 500 on the api platform when clicking on the “log” to view the response attempt
Should also mention that the status stays queued, and then fails. Never even begins processing.

Update: Retried request and no longer getting stuck in queued status and am able to retrieve background responses. (didn’t change anything) Will update if any further 500’s start popping up.
Also should note, the api platform UI, now lets me see the logs (10 minutes ago it wouldn’t even load the list of logs) seemingly all of my prior requests have been completed.
