Atlas just went backwards!

A brilliant feature just disappeared after the last Atlas Browser update. You can no longer @ or “/“ call a GPT or Project - WHY WAS IT REMOVED?

Have you found any clarity on why this was removed?

I’m honestly struggling to like Atlas right now. Comet is objectively better for agentic tasks—but the one thing Atlas had going for it for me was tight integration with my existing GPTs. Being able to @ or / call them directly was a huge part of my workflow.

At first, I assumed this was pulled due to a bug or regression and would be restored. Now I’m concerned it may have been intentional—possibly a move toward sandboxing usage so we’re limited to predefined buttons and integrations instead of flexible, user-driven workflows.

If that’s the direction, it’s a real step backward for power users. I’d love to know whether this feature is coming back, or if we’re supposed to treat this as a permanent change and adjust expectations accordingly.

It came back once after it disappeared, but then disappeared again. For a moment I thought is was triggered based on how I was using it, but tried 100 different things and couldn’t get it to show. The weird thing was I didn’t do a browser update when it reappeared, which got me thinking about how that was possible - is OpenAI doing direct updates to the browser, mmm that’s a security risk to consider. But :100: agree, this was a great feature
