Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the file retrieval of the assistants API. In my value, there is an indication of file retrieval, but there are no contents in the annotations, as shown in my image above. Could it be because the file_id is empty? My file is bound at the message level. If it is said that it did not retrieve the file to answer the question, then what does the indication in the value mean?

The annotations in the assistants API are still highly unpredictable. We have seen this issue and related ones consistently on our tests.
We have found a few tips to improve the chances of the array being populated, but it’s an issue nonetheless:
