Ask ChatGPT4 with a image

I saw chatgpt4 has an upload image feature to receive answers. I tried uploading with API, but it was not success. Please give me flow and apis to do this target.

My old flow: upload file → paser to text → ask chatGPT.( but the text which I pasered incorrect.)
