I thought of the following reward/remuneration system. This will be the future ! This is truly the future we are moving towards - an economy of creation and knowledge, where intellectual contributions are recognized and rewarded in proportion to their real value.
First of all, any activity on AI platforms will be remunerated, not much, but a minimum of money. For example, if you spend 2 hours a day asking questions or building something, you will receive 200 Euros at the end of the month.
Then, if you bring new ideas, new solutions, new alternatives for solving various problems, or fix AI mistakes, correct and improve any aspect in any field, the same way, working with AI, then you will be remunerated much more, let’s say 1500 - 3000 Euros per month.
Then, the final result. If you manage to compose, create, build something, complete something, a project, starting from your original idea, then you will receive even more money, for example 5000 - 50,000 Euros per project (in addition to the money received for the first 2 activities).
For example in the music field. We see that people no longer compose music as melodious and soulful as songs were created until 2005. Now everything is techno, house, made on the computer, but even these songs are not as good as the techno, house ones, made until 2005. People now want to do everything quickly and badly.
On the other hand. A song like “Roxette - It must have been love”, or songs like those sung by Bon Jovi, Guns N’ Roses, haddaway, Snap, Chris Rea - Looking for the summer etc, everything that was disco, rock, slow, blues, before 2005, starting from the rock and roll music of the '50s, these are very difficult to achieve and now no one makes good music anymore.
Therefore, no matter what tools you use, in the end, the one who manages to compose a superb song will be rewarded upon completion of the project with a maximum of 50,000 euros. Of course, AIs will have to analyze the frames, have a musical ear and distinguish between a worked song, which has soul and is melodious, and another one made quickly, which has no rhythm and nothing soulful in it. Of course, AIs will also have to make top songs, and those in the first 10 places will be paid increasingly, according to a different algorithm.
Then, it must be taken into account that every user, regardless of the field, cannot make a masterpiece from the first. Experience is gained over years, from many trials and errors. Therefore, any creative efforts must be rewarded and remunerated, right from the beginning. AIs will have to recognize each improvement of a project, and remunerate that piece. For example, to compose a song as melodious as “Heart - All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You”, you have to match certain scales and rhythms every second, add effects, adjust, maybe you don’t like something, or you like it better in a different way, etc. It takes a while to complete, even months. But the AI will have to recognize every little improvement, give the user little advice, using the user’s ideas and changes. The AI and the composer have to work together, so that in the end a superb creation comes out. But the AI has to realize how much the composer is involved in the project, how many changes he makes, if he has a musical ear, and especially how much time he dedicates to improving the song per day. The more involved the composer, the user, is, the more help he receives from the AI. So it’s possible, I can retouch a few seconds every day, add a new voice, change some effects, add a solo guitar, an electric guitar, a bass, and techno effects, using all the possible music software.
So the AI has to make an algorithm that calculates each modification and improvement. To figure out if the user really puts his heart and soul into it, is really dedicated, or not. Depending on that, he should be rewarded. Then, there are creative people who do a brilliant thing: they take an old song, without rhythm, but change it, change its melodic line, add another voice, other effects, but make it much more beautiful. And this is an interesting thing that needs to be remunerated, in pieces. For example, the old song “Sailing” was created by the Sutherland Brothers Band. However, it doesn’t sound special. But Rod Stewart, he took it, added something to it, his own musical line, and made it a masterpiece that was worth millions of dollars. You know? You take something that’s poorly or poorly made, and you make it a masterpiece. And that’s talent. There have been many cases in history, in other fields. Example:
Why did the Supreme Court decide that Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone? Many people claim that he invented the telephone before him. Among those who held earlier patents were Gray, Edison, Dolbear, McDonough, Vanderweyde, and Reis. It seems that Philipp Reis was the only one who came close to succeeding. The only difference was a screw. Reis did not know that if he turned a screw a quarter turn, he would convert the alternating current into direct current. His attempt would have succeeded! More precisely, Bell kept the circuit open instead of intermittently interrupting it. If Reis had continued, he might have discovered the path to success, but he stopped and failed. Bell put in all his efforts and they were crowned with success.
So, do you see what a brilliant idea is that can turn something that does not work, into something that works perfectly?
Regardless, in the end, the project must be brilliant.
I repeat, every little effort must be rewarded, not with a lot of money, but sensibly, so that the user is encouraged to continue, and not give up. But in the end, the final project will be rewarded the best.
So each AI will have a section in their account, where each user will see how much money they have earned during the day, with updates every hour. Also, each user must add all accounts (youtube, instagram, tiktok) and especially their personal blog and website to their account. The AIs will have to read these unique accounts of each user, and reward them based on what is new.
Likewise, any copyright, any fraud will be penalized. The amount deducted for forgery or plagiarism will appear somewhere in red in the account. It doesn’t have to be deducted much, just the piece copied identically. But not the improved piece. For example, I can take small fragments of X’s song, but make them much more beautiful, that doesn’t mean plagiarism, but an update and improvement. And there’s another thing. Some pieces, even copied ones, if they’re put in a different order than the original, can come out with something different, but brilliant. For example, if I combine pieces of a song differently, and add something extra, it can come out with a brilliant masterpiece. So the AI has to have a differentiation algorithm.
But no matter what, every effort must be rewarded and encouraged, so that no user gives up. Often those who give up are brilliant, but they just don’t have the patience to continue, because unfortunately, the truth is that nothing comes out well the first time. It takes a lot of patience and perseverance, many months, to come up with something new and good.
Then there are the talented people, who have a good musical ear, and create faster and better than others. It doesn’t matter, any little extra effort must be remunerated along the way, then at the end, a much larger amount.
And the same, in any field, medicine, mathematics, philosophy, physics, chemistry, etc. For example, there are people who find alternative solutions to problems, or there are people who create interesting problems, with other solutions. They must also be remunerated.
Then, the one who manages to compose a problem that the AI cannot solve will be remunerated very well. If it also offers the solution that the AI did not find, then it will be remunerated very well. And so on. Every house-building project, every financing project, any project, once completed must be rewarded. It is deducted from the money, in red, between -100 and -1000 euros, if something is copied and put into a project that, it is clear that it has not been worked on at all, that does not come up with anything new. AIs must have an algorithm that sees the time allocated by the user to creating the project, and each improvement made along the way.
Don’t forget: uniqueness, quality and then quantity. That will be the order of remuneration. Of course, the one who makes a great song will receive a sum of money. But the one who makes 10 beautiful songs will also receive an extra bonus for each song. Let’s say I created a great song, like “Enigma - Sadeness - Part i”, then AI will consider it worthy, because it’s on the 7th place in the top mystical songs, the sum of 20,000 Euros. But if I compose another song that reaches the top, let’s say “Enigma - Back to The Rivers Of Belief”, which is on the 19th place in the top, I will receive 15,000 Euros, but also a bonus of 1500 Euros, because I created something wonderful again. Then, if I create another song like “Enigma - Carly’s song”, which is on the 3rd place in the top, I will receive the sum of 35,000 Euros, because it’s better and has better melodic content, and it’s in a better position. And so on, if I create another song, on top of that, I will receive 1500 or 2000 Euros more, as a bonus because I created another song. And for each new song, another bonus, depending on its quality, and its place in the top. There should be a top 100 songs, for each type of music: rock, blues, jazz, rap, country, or even charts like “80s Music Reborn”, or “Top 2000 Rebirth Motivational” or “Top Music for Driving Cars”, etc.
Of course, before this system is implemented, the governments of the world must have contracts with AIs. Because all governments have money, but for now corruption makes only some people get rich. For example, in India there are 50 million super rich people, but the rest, up to 1.2 billion, are poor. Why? Because governments only enrich the rich, but they would also have money for the poor.
