Our API Calls response time seem to have doubled yesterday/today for some reason. We are use both gpt-3.5-turbo and text-davinci-003. Response time with both models doubled since morning for some reason.
Anyone else seeing the issue?

text-davinci-003 had issues yesterday and post correction, the delay times and performances are usually a bit off in my experience for a day or two.
