Hello, non coder here whos been working on some research project here.

I have been using the same code for the past 2 weeks or so and come around 6/10, my api que is just permanently stuck in “in progress” phase. The only change was that I loaded $100 more.
I have tried
-
creating new project and new api key
-
reducing number of batches from 500 to 50
-
trying a different sample set in case input data/batch is too large
Sometimes, a few batches go through and it gets stuck to 0/500 eternally vs just gets stuck from the very beginning.
AI recommended filtering my data out prior to make the batches smaller but even the screening phase gets stuck so I am completely lost…
I do apologize as I am a not as proficient with terms and all don’t know the technicalities as well but would appreciate any input!
